The regular (thorough) cleaning of your glasshouse greenhouses is very important to be able to maintain maximum light. Light transmission is a major production factor of a greenhouse.

There is a direct relationship between the extent of dirty greenhouses and the yield from the harvest of your crop. More light results in a better harvest. A higher light transmission is crucial for improving the physical yield and thus your operating result.

For a thorough cleaning we use windows cleaners:

• Flusol forte, Eco-forte: Active hydrogen fluoride, has a good effect on algae, rust, moss, dustHouweling – Horticulture
• GS4: Active substance ammonium bifluoride, has a good effect on dirt, grease, calcium deposits and Rust. ReduSystems.
• oxalic acid: Organic acid, has a good effect against contamination of the glass by algae and air pollution. Must work at least 2 days in dry weather.

The mechanical injection of the glass cleaners (with the exception of oxalic acid) is done with the same greenhouse roof cleaners, on which we can mount special spray booms.

By using machine washing equipement we clean your greenhouse roofs in the safest way.

We move, install and remove the machines ourselves. You don’t have to worry about that! As long as you provide a safe working environment.
A service rail is necessary and therefore required. The service rail is required to be able to carry machines, people and the service platform and move along the greenhouse. In addition to a proper service rail, the supports/gutter consoles must be in good condition and have sufficient carrying capacity.
Each support must have 1500 kg of carrying capacity (CASTA).
